@chefjessicaoliveira- Ingredients
- Recipe
- Brown Sugar3/4 cup
- Regular sugar3/4 cup
- Butter or margarine1 cup
- Chopped semisweet chocolate or in drops (I like per mm too)3 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Vanilla1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour2.1/2 cup
- Put the sugars with the margarine in the mixer, beat until it forms a light cream.
- Add the eggs, vanilla and beat more.
- Now add the flour and baking powder. Turn off the mixer and add the chocolate. Stir with a spatula.
- Take it in the fridge for like 20 min, just to make it easier when curling up. Take it out of the fridge and put it in the shape WITHOUT greasing. Model in the size you want! The important thing is to leave a space between them. Bake over medium heat at 180° to 200° or until golden brown. OBS: When in doubt, see if he's brown, or put your finger on him and sit down if he's too soft. The ideal is not to let it set like a biscuit in the oven, otherwise it will get even harder later, ahahahah. It bakes in 10 to 15 minutes, but keep an eye on it! I don't know your oven. TIP: AS SOON AS IT COMES OUT OF THE OVEN, DEMOLD IT WITH A SPATULA SO THEY DON'T STICK TO THE MOLD AND BREAK WHEN REMOVING.
