- Melted butter1/2 cup
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Bircarbonate1 teaspoon
- Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Baking powder1/2 teaspoon
- Vanilla essence1/2 teaspoon
- Chocolate chips100 g
- Milk to taste
- In a bowl, mix well with a spoon or mix the butter, brown sugar, sugar, vinegar, bicarbonate and the vanilla essence until obtaining a creamy mixture. Add the wheat flour, baking powder, half of the Chocolate Chips and milk until the dough is creamy.
- Place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Shape the cookies with the help of 2 spoons and place on a baking sheet, leaving a space between them.
- Finish with the remaining Chocolate Chips and bake in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned on the sides.
- Let cool until crispy.
