- Ingredients
- Recipe
- Butter (I used qualy) at room temperature200 g
- Crystal sugar120 g
- Brown sugar140 g
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence (optional)1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour295 g
- Baking soda1 teaspoon
- Chocolate chips270 g
- In a mixer, beat the butter until creamy. add the sugar cristal and brown and beat again until fluffy. (Approximately 2 min). Place an egg and let it beat well until you see that it is involved in all the dough. Repeat the same process with the second egg. Let it hit well. Add the vanilla and let it incorporate well. In case you need, Turn off the mixer and scrape the sides. In a bowl, mix the flour and the bicarbonate. Turn off the mixer and with a spoon, gently incorporate all the flour into the dough. Enjoy and add the chocolate. Mix just to incorporate the flour into the dough and do not stir further. Don't mix too much or stir too much. Just mix it up. Once this is done, I advise you to let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour. If you have time, you can leave more. Make the balls and place in the mold, there is no need to grease. Place to bake for 10 to 15 min. As soon as you see that the edges have browned, remove. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170 degrees.
