- Wheat flour250 g
- Cornmeal250 g
- Sugar250 g
- Fennel1 teaspoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Milk3 tablespoon
- Margarine125 g
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a deep bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
- Add the margarine and mix to form a crumb.
- Then add the eggs and milk and continue mixing until rolling.
- This dough is not too soft and not too dry.
- Take small portions and make balls, place in a greased shape with margarine and corn flour. Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes or until golden on the bottom.
- Store in a closed container.
