- warm milk1 can(s)
- cornmeal1 can(s)
- sugar1 can(s)
- oil1/2 can(s)

- biological yeast20 g
- Wheat flour600 g
- Whisk all the ingredients into the liquid except the yeast and wheat flour.
- In a bowl, place the blender mixture and add the yeast, mixing well until smooth (it will have a porridge texture).
- After also this mixture with a cloth for 45min and let it grow
- After this time has passed, add the dough and add the wheat flour
- Raise the dough well and let it rise again.
- Then just shape the dough the way you want, sift cornmeal + sugar on top and bake at 180° until the bread is baked (the time in the oven varies from oven to oven)
