- Liquid whole milk1 can(s)
- Cornmeal1 can(s)
- Sugar3/4 can(s)
- Oil3/4 can(s)
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- In the blender place the corn without the water, oil, sugar, cornmeal, milk and eggs.
- Beat very well for 2 minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Lastly, add the baking powder, beat quickly just to incorporate.
- Pour this mixture into a mold (22 cm in diameter) with a central hole, greased and sprinkled with sugar.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. Remove from the oven, wait to cool down and unmold.
- And a cornbread spectacle is ready to be savored!
