- Canned corn without water1 unit(s)
- Oil1/2 cup
- Orange Juice100 ml
- Water140 ml
- Fine cornmeal1 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Place the eggs, corn, sugar, oil, orange juice, water, cornmeal and beat well in a blender.
- Then add the baking powder and beat quickly to mix.
- Place in greased and floured form.
- Take to preheated oven 180° for 35 minutes or until bake.
