- Drain the corn water, use the can as a measure and put everything in the blender except the yeast and the grated coconut.
- Now put the yeast and hit quickly, with the blender off put the grated coconut and mix.
- Place in a small shape greased with butter and sugar in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
- After roasting and cold, make a syrup with a little milk (coconut) and sugar, sprinkle with grated coconut on top.
