- Oat or wheat flour1.1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese (cubes)20 unit(s)
- Parmesan (for breading)1/2 cup
- Olive oil (for breading) to taste
- Place the cream, olive oil, corn, salt and pepper in a blender and blend everything together.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and gradually add the oatmeal or wheat flour until you get the point of ungluing your hands.
- Make balls, open and place 2 cubes of cheese, close.
- Dip the balls in the oil and then in the Parmesan. Place on a greased baking sheet with olive oil and bake at 200 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until golden.
