Milk(cups)2 cup
Cornstarch 🌽2 tablespoon
Olivia's Olive Oil1 to taste
Garlic1 to taste
Onion1 unit(s)
Saffron1 to taste

In the blender, beat 1 can of corn without water, with 2 glasses of milk.
Use skim milk with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and set aside.
In a pan with olive oil, garlic, onion, let it sauté and pour the contents of the blender.
Put a spoon of saffron and let it thicken.
Keep stirring, lower the heat if it bubbles and stir until it turns into cream (porridge).
Then put another can of corn in the cream, hit the salt and finish with green smell or chumichurri.
