- Whole milk1 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper to taste
- wheat flour250 g
- Chemical Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Coarsely grated mozzarella cheese250 g
- With the help of a knife, remove all the corn from the cobs.
- Add the eggs, corn, onion, garlic, milk, salt and black pepper to the blender and blend for 2 min.
- Place in a bowl, add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix until everything is incorporated.
- In a buttered and floured roast, place half of the dough, add half of the cheese. And then the other half of the dough and cover with the other half of the cheese
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden (approx 25 to 30 min depending on the oven)
- Cut into squares and serve!
- Tips: mozzarella can be replaced by other cheeses such as parmesan or standard mines or even mix 2 types of cheese.
