- Shredded Coconut2 cup
- Milk2 l
- Margarine or butter1 tablespoon
- Clove4 unit(s)
- Heat a pan with milk, margarine, sugar, salt, grated coconut and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the corn flakes, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Let it cook until it boils, release from the bottom of the pan and get the consistency of porridge.
- Remove from heat and place on a plate. If desired, sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
