- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Chives to taste
- Basil to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Panko flour1 cup
- Gruyere Cheese1/2 cup
- Sweet corn (already cooked)2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- For the bacon: Place 2 sheets of paper towels on a plate, place the bacon strips and 2 more sheets of paper towels on top. Microwave for 3 to 5 minutes until crispy.
- For the mayonnaise: Place the mayonnaise in a bowl, add the salt, pepper and all the herbs. mix and reserve
- For the farofa: In a bowl, mix the panko flour and cheese. Break bacon into pieces and place on top
- Mounting: Pass the corn in the mayonnaise and then pass it in the farofa. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until browned. Open the oven a few times and drizzle with a little oil to brown more.
