- Cornmeal2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- Fennel (optional)1 coffee spoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Milk1/2 cup
- Margarine5 tablespoon
- In a bowl put: cornmeal, wheat flour, sugar, yeast and fennel
- Mix well
- Then add: Milk, margarine and eggs
- Mix well until you get a homogeneous mass, if it sticks to your hands add a little cornmeal.
- Model the breads, place in a greased and infarinhada shape
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes
