- Wheat flour1 cup

- Milk1 cup

- Fennel to taste
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °.
- Place the eggs, oil, sugar and milk in a blender. Blend everything for 3-5 min.
- Place in a large bowl and add the cornmeal and wheat flour, stirring constantly with a whisk until the dough is homogeneous.
- Add salt, yeast and fennel seeds.
- Mix it all up.
- Grease a cake tin with a hole in the middle and pour the dough.
- Bake for approximately 30 min. or until the cake is completely baked.
- Tip: wait for the cake to cool down to unmold.
