- Oil1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Grease a round shape with margarine and wheat flour and set aside.
- In the blender, beat the eggs, cornmeal, wheat flour, oil and milk until it becomes a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Add the baking powder and beat quickly three times.
- In the already greased shape, pour the dough and take it to the medium oven for approximately 40 minutes.
- After it's ready, wait for it to cool and unmold it to serve with a nice cup of coffee.
