- Milk250 ml
- Wheat1/1/2 cup
- Cornmeal1/1/2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Guava350 g
- Water200 ml
- In the blender place the eggs, oil, sugar and milk, beat well for 1 minute, in a bowl place the wheat, cornmeal and chemical yeast, then add what you hit in the blender into the bowl, mix everything very well until it becomes a smooth dough.
- Unite a shape with margarine and wheat, pour it in the shape and take it to bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes, with a temperature of 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Guava topping Take the guava cut into cubes, put it in a pan, pour 150 ml of cold water, take it to low heat, stir constantly so it doesn't burn, when it's melting add the rest of the water (100 ml) it can't get too soft , not too hard, then set aside, as soon as the cake is good, and just throw it on top with the help of a spoon, and that's it, it's wonderful.
