- Wheat flour1 cup
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Whole milk200 ml
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Fennel to taste
- Guava to taste
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a container place the Flour, Cornmeal, Sugar Yeast and Fennel. Also add the Margarine Eggs mixing well, finally add the milk. And mix until you get a creamy mass.
- Separate 10 to 12 silicone molds and place spaced in an aluminum form. Then put the dough in the forminha leaving 1 and a half to 2 fingers unfilled. Finally, cut guava cubes to the desired size and place in the middle of the dough, sinking without touching the bottom. Cook over low heat for 30 to 40 minutes until cooked through. Then just enjoy this wonderful snack with a hot coffee :)
