- Sugar11/2 cup
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Cornmeal3/4 cup
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan50 g
- grated coconut50 g
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Pre heat the oven to 180°. Place all the ingredients in the blender, in the same order as the ingredients here, blend until well blended. It's really liquid!
- Put it in a greased and floured shape, mine is 20x20cm.
- Bake at 220° for approximately 35/40 min or until golden on top. The middle is wet.
