- cornmeal1 cup
- eggs2 unit(s)
- coconut milk1 cup
- Mix all the ingredients (except the yeast) until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Add the yeast.
- Bake in silicone molds
- The dumplings are ready in 30min baking in an oven at medium temperature, but do the toothpick test when they start to get golden.
- Note: this dough does not rise very much and is very wet.
