- flake1/2 cup
- water1/4 cup
- Sugar1/2 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Margarine1/2 tablespoon
- grated coconut0 to taste
- Mix all the ingredients and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Grease the couscous mold with butter and place the dough inside, after 10 minutes, it's ready.
- Note: if you have a cheese, it gets even better. I fried 1/2 sausage and 1 egg to go with it.
