- Couscous flakes1/2 kg
- Coalho cheese, cubed150 g
- Roasted Beef100 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Tomato1/2 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Boiled Egg4 unit(s)
- Soak (without soaking) the couscous flake and let it rest for 10 minutes
- Mix the flake dough with the vegetables and the cheese
- In a couscous pan add the couscous making layers with the boiled eggs.
- Let it all cook for about 5 minutes or until it smells good.
- Finish as you wish and it's done!!
