- Hydrate the couscous with 250g of water and keep it in a container with a lid for 5 minutes.
- Place in a couscous pan to cook.
- In a skillet, brown 1 chopped onion and 2 garlic cloves.
- Add the ground beef and sauté with a pinch of salt.
- After sautéed, add parsley (coriander) and chives.
- Fry the eggs individually.
- To assemble the dish, place the couscous, the ground beef on top and finish with the fried egg.
