- Corn Flake60 g
- Shredded and desalted dried meat20 g
- Butter to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- In a bowl, place the couscous and cover with plenty of water. Wait for it to settle and discard the water. Repeat about 4 times to wash well.
- Finally, let the couscous soak, covering it with water and using a dish towel to cover the bowl. Let it hydrate for 10 minutes.
- Drain the couscous, add the jerky, a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well and place in the couscous.
- Bring the couscous pan to the fire and let it cook for 10 minutes, counting from the time the water on the bottom boils.
- Heat some butter in a skillet.
- Fry two eggs until the whites are set but the yolks are runny.
- Serve the couscous on the plate and place the eggs on top. Serve warm.
- I love making it for breakfast or brunch.
