- Cooked Couscous500 g
- Medium onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic3 unit(s)
- Coriander1 to taste
- Diced Tomatoes1 unit(s)
- Sliced small bell pepper1 unit(s)
- Pepperoni cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- Olive oil50 ml
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Put the oil and margarine to heat.
- Put the onion to sauté and let it brown a little.
- Put the garlic to sauté. Soon after put the pepperoni and let it sauté for 10 minutes, remembering to move the times.
- Add the peppers, tomato, cilantro and chives, wait 2 minutes.
- Add the couscous. Stir well to incorporate all the ingredients.
- Your couscous farofa with pepperoni is ready.
