- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Corn starch3 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs for breading to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Cook the potatoes in salted water, mash them well, add the starch, oil and parsley and mix well until they come off. Stuff with shredded chicken, put a little cream cheese and mold the coxinha. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
