- Almond flour8 tablespoon
- Shredded Chicken200 g
- cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Flaxseed meal1/2 cup
- Olive oil to taste
- Peel, cut and cook the potatoes until soft. Drain the water.
- Place in a bowl and knead well. Season with salt and add the almond flour until it becomes a moldable dough that does not stick to your hands.
- Make small balls and stuff them with the shredded chicken (seasoned to taste) and a little bit of cottage cheese. Coxinha shape mold.
- Dip in egg and flaxseed flour. Brush with olive oil and take it in the airfryer until golden.
