- Baked Sweet Potato300 g
- Chickpea flour3 tablespoon
- Olive Oil2 tablespoon
- Salt and seasoning to taste
- Crush the cooked sweet potato well, mix it with the chickpea flour, olive oil and salt. Mix well.
- Make balls, knead and put the filling of your preference. I used seasoned shredded chicken. Shape into coxinhas and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
- If you prefer, brush olive oil on the drumsticks before placing in the oven.
