- cheese of your choice (I used fresh cheese)300 g
- oil (can be lard too)600 ml
- milk (can be water too)600 ml
- sweet sprinkle1 kg
- In a pan, bring the milk and oil to a boil.
- In a bowl, pour the sprinkle and gradually pour the milk and boiled oil, and mix with a wooden spoon, after the dough is well scalded, let it cool so as not to scald the eggs.
- Once cool, add the cheese, salt and mix well.
- After adding the eggs, 1 by 1, and mixing well with your hands (the dough is a little soft), cut the tip of the sprinkle bag you used and put the dough inside with the help of the wooden spoon.
- Squeeze in shape modeling as you prefer (I made it in toothpick shape) and you don't need to grease the shape.
- Place in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for about 25 minutes (or when they are golden brown underneath).
