Em uma batedeira coloque o café solúvel, a água quente e o açúcar;
Dica: Para substituir o açúcar por adoçante use 2 xícaras.
Bata tudo em velocidade alta por aproximadamente 10-15 minutos ou até que dobre de volume e fique cremoso;

In a mixer put the instant coffee, hot water and sugar;
Tip: To replace sugar with sweetener use 2 cups.
Beat everything on high speed for approximately 10-15 minutes or until it doubles in volume and is creamy.

Coloque em uma embalagem de vidro e conserve no freezer, quando for servir, sirva uma xícara de leite quente para uma colher de sopa do café 

Place in a glass package and keep in the freezer, when serving, serve a cup of hot milk for a tablespoon of coffee
