- Instant coffee4 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder or cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Place the sugar, water and coffee in a mixing bowl. Mix with a spoon and then beat with the mixer on maximum speed for 10 minutes.
- The cappuccino is ready when it turns into a very smooth cream, similar to coffee meringue. At this point add the chocolate or cocoa and beat a little more, just to mix.
- Your creamy cappuccino is ready in the mixer. That simple! Put 4 tablespoons of the mixture in a cup, top up with hot milk, mix and enjoy this delight that perfectly matches the cold days.
- Tip: If you have leftover cappuccino, store it in the freezer properly covered for up to 3 months. When using, just mix the indicated amount with hot milk.
