- Cooked and Shredded Chicken Breast500 g
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Cream Cheese500 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Milk500 ml
- Panko Flour1 kg
- Oil for frying1 l
- Put the water in a pan and add the butter and salt. Take it to the fire and observe: when the butter is completely melted, add the flour and stir a lot with a whisk until you get a smooth dough. It is important to always keep the heat to medium. Let the dough rest for at least five minutes on a flat surface and set aside.
- In a pan, brown the garlic and oil, add the chicken and season with salt, you can add seasonings of your choice and finish with the parsley. Let it cool and add the cottage cheese.
- Put the oil to heat. Put a portion of dough in your hand, put the stuffing and model using both hands to form the coxinha. Dip in the beaten egg + milk solution, dip in the Panko flour and fry
