- Cooked and shredded chicken500 g
- Mayonnaise300 g
- Cream cheese3 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Canned corn to taste
- Chopped red onion1/2 unit(s)
- Add the already cooked, seasoned and shredded chicken in a container. Add the onion, carrot and corn and mix well.
- Add mustard and cream cheese to the mixture. Add the mayonnaise little by little and mix well until you reach the desired consistency, getting creamy and juicy. Adjust the salt if necessary, pepper to taste and finally the parsley, mixing again. The parsley adds a special touch.
- You can prepare sandwiches by adding sliced tomatoes and lettuce or serve with toast in a starter for example. It's delicious!
