- Wheat flour3 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Milk2 cup
- Shredded chicken breast400 g
- Tomato sauce200 ml
- Cottage cheese200 ml
- Oregano to taste
- Onion, diced1 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Season to taste
- In a pan add the oil and garlic plus the onion and let it brown.
- Add the tomato sauce and mix, add the chicken breast, the seasoning and let it sauté a little and book.
- In the blender, beat the egg, milk, oil and salt, gradually adding the wheat flour and let it beat until it becomes a creamy mixture.
- grease a roasting pan with oil add some of the dough and the sauce, add the cottage cheese on top of the stuffing then place the rest of the dough on top and sprinkle oregano on top
- Bake in 180g oven for 20 minutes or until golden on top.
