- Dark chocolate100 g
- Corn starch3 tablespoon
- Place the milk and starch in a pan and stir until the starch dissolves.
- Take it to the low fire, always stirring, when it's boiling, put the chocolates and wait for it to melt.
- Once melted, add the cream, stir to incorporate and it's ready.
