- 50g instant coffee50 g
- Sugar2 cup
- Hot water1 cup
- In a mixer add 50g of instant coffee and sugar, mix to homogenize
- Then add the boiling water and beat for approximately 10 minutes or until it doubles in volume and becomes a smooth, creamy paste.
- To drink, just mix the hot milk and stir and your homemade cappuccino is ready.
- To store, just store it in a jar in the freezer that stays creamy and doesn't spoil. Lasts 3 days in the fridge and 3 months in the freezer.
