- Instant coffee50 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Boiling water1 cup
- Put the sugar and coffee in the mixer, mix with a spoon, add the boiling water and turn on the mixer. Beat for approximately 6 minutes, until very creamy. Transfer the creamy coffee to a bowl and place in the freezer (the coffee does not freeze, it retains its creamy texture)
- Tip: for a cup of hot milk or hot water, mix 2 tablespoons of the creamy coffee. It's perfect! I prefer to take it with milk, but with water it's also nice.
