- 1 sachet of instant coffee (50g), 200ml of warm water, 1 cup of sugar (250ml), cinnamon to taste.1 l
- In a deep container, mix all the ingredients except the cinnamon, and beat on low speed for 5 minutes. Then increase the speed and beat for another 15 min (until it forms a cream) Transfer to a bowl and store in the freezer. Serve with hot milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon when serving
