- Egg4 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Natural yogurt or milk2 cup
- Millarina, flaked corn flour or cornmeal2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Wheat2 tablespoon
- Grease the mold with butter and wheat flour and set aside.
- Hit the blender for about three minutes: corn, eggs, milk, oil and sugar.
- In a bowl add this mixture the cornmeal or milarina, mix well. Add the yeast and mix some more.
- Transfer all this to the already greased shape and take it to the preheated oven.
- Cook for 15 minutes on high heat and then for another 20 minutes on low heat.
- Test with a fork to see if it's good. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
