- Butter1 tablespoon
- Onion thinly sliced2 kg
- Grated Parmesan Cheese200 g
- Ground black pepper1 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Chopped Green Olives1/2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Milk5 tablespoon
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Take a pan and heat 2 tablespoons of sweet oil, melt the margarine and sauté the onion until wilted, then turn off the heat and set aside.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, pepper, 1 can of whey-free cream, olives and salt and set aside to cool.
- Prepare the dough in a bowl, add the rest of the cream, the eggs, the rest of the oil, the milk, the yeast and the wheat flour and knead the dough.
- Open the dough and put it in an ungreased shape, after putting the stuffing on it and over the stuffing place 2 eggs beaten with salt and cover with the rest of the dough, after brushing with an egg yolk
- Place in the oven, preheated, at 200º for 40 minutes or until golden.
