Em um frigideira antiaderente aquecida com o azeite (fogo baixo), acrescente os ovos ligeiramente batidos.

In a non-stick skillet heated with oil (low heat), add the lightly beaten eggs.

Mexa por 1 minuto e adicione o requeijão, sal e pimenta.

Stir for 1 minute and add the curd, salt and pepper.

Continue mexendo sempre até que os ovos estejam cozidos no ponto desejado.

Keep stirring until the eggs are cooked to the desired point.

Sirva em uma fatia de pão integral torrado e polvilhe chia por cima.

Serve on a slice of toasted wholegrain bread and sprinkle chia on top.
