- Wheat Flour (to thicken)4 tablespoon
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Chives or parsley3 tablespoon

- In a bowl, mix the flour and butter with your hands until you get a crumb, then the eggs, mix. Then add the salt, knead well until you get a smooth dough, if it doesn't stick to your hands, you don't need to add the milk, but if it's still sticking to your hands, add the milk little by little, mix until you get the point. Wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes.
- Season the prawns with the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Reserve. Fry the onion in oil until wilted, add the prawns and sauté. Add the hearts of palm and peas and mix. Stirring constantly, add the flour diluted in the coconut milk and cook until thickened. Add chives and pepper and let cool.
- Assembly 👇🏻 Assemble the dough at the bottom and edges of a glass container and pour the stuffing on top of the dough, then cover the stuffing with the dough again. When it is all covered, brush an egg yolk on top, put it in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 40 minutes at 230ºC.
