- Fresh Basil Leaves to taste
- Prepare the dough by beating the eggs with the oat bran, sesame seeds and salt.
- Heat a non-stick skillet with oil and bake the dough over low heat.
- Transfer the dough to a plate and fill with the buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes and basil. Drizzle with a little oil if you prefer.
