- Hydrated tapioca gum1 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese bar30 g
- Cherry Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Basil to taste
- In a bowl, mix the egg, whites and tapioca starch well. Season with salt and oregano.
- Heat a greased skillet and pour the batter evenly, spreading it all over the bottom of the skillet.
- When the dough releases and gives a light golden turn the side.
- Add the bar curd, tomatoes and basil. Roll the dough and leave until the cheese melts and the dough turns golden.
