- In a bowl, beat the egg well. Add the tapioca gum and beat again (you can beat it with a fork), until you get a homogeneous mixture. Place the entire contents in a slightly hot nonstick skillet and keep on low heat. Leave for a few seconds and turn to brown the other side. It is not necessary to grease with oil, oil or butter.
