- Tapioca flour3 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- In a cup, with a spoon, mix the tapioca flour and eggs.
- Pour this mixture into silicone molds (Cupcake or similar. It doesn't matter what shape.)
- Place in the airfryer for approximately 8 minutes. High power.
- Sometimes, take a look. Your crepioca will be ready when it is golden on the outside.
- If you want, you can flip and brown the other side.
- When you finish the process, wait for it to cool a little, take it out of the silicone mold carefully and serve.
