- Tapioca3 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Corn4 tablespoon
- Sardine1 unit(s)
- Ana Maria Seasoning1 to taste
- Lettuce to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- For the crepiocas, mix the 2 eggs, tapioca and salt until smooth. In a hot skillet and on low heat, place a ladle of the mixture and spread it on the skillet. Do this until you can make 4 crepioca units.
- For the filling, mix the carrots, corn, Ana Maria seasoning, sardines and mayonnaise in a container to make the pâté.
- After everything is ready, just assemble, put a layer of pâté and lettuce on top and roll your crepioca. Do this on the others and that's it, just taste
