Crepioca with Bacon

Misture a tapioca, o requeijão e o ovo até que vire uma massa homogênea. Adicione o sal e a cebolinha.

Mix the tapioca, the curd and the egg until it becomes a homogeneous mass. Add salt and chives.

Em uma frigideira antiaderente frite a quantidade desejada de bacon. Quando estiver bem frito adicione a massa e tampe, fogo baixo.

In a nonstick skillet, fry the desired amount of bacon. When it is well fried add the dough and cover, low fire.

Quando dourar o lado de baixo vire a crepioca para que o outro lado doure também. Quando estiver pronto desligue o fogo e sirva! Pode ser feito no café da manhã ou café da tarde! 

When golden on the underside, turn the crepioca so that the other side is golden too. When ready, turn off the heat and serve! It can be made for breakfast or afternoon tea!
