- Tapioca2 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Diced Bacon to taste
- Chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mix the tapioca, the curd and the egg until it becomes a homogeneous mass. Add salt and chives.
- In a nonstick skillet, fry the desired amount of bacon. When it is well fried add the dough and cover, low fire.
- When golden on the underside, turn the crepioca so that the other side is golden too. When ready, turn off the heat and serve! It can be made for breakfast or afternoon tea!
