Black and white sesame1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Mozzarella2 tablespoon

Whisk everything together with a fork. Then grease the pan with oil or butter.
Spread the sesame seeds and place the little mixture you hit on top. After roasting one side, turn and place the mozzarella.
Cover to melt and serve while still hot.
