- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Maizena11/4 cup
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- To grease and sprinkle: Butter100 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese150 g
- Blend the peas and milk in a blender for a few minutes. Go through the permeate.
- Return the strained liquid to the blender and add the rest of the ingredients. Beat for 2 min.
- Heat a small skillet greased with butter and pour in about 2/3 cup (coffee) of batter. Rotate the skillet to spread the batter, brown on one side and turn to brown on the other. Transfer to a platter.
- Repeat the operation until all the dough is finished. As it cooks, spread a thin layer of butter over one side of the already fried pancake and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Fold each of them in four and place them in a refractory form. Heat the pancakes over high heat (200°C), preheated, for 5 min. Serve immediately.
